What adjuvant treatment would you recommend for a 75-year-old with multiple comorbidities (nephrotic syndrome, diabetes, cardiac stents) who is now s/p 3 cycles of neoadjuvant carboplatin/paclitaxel/pembrolizumab complicated by chronic thrombocytopenia, followed by laparoscopic hysterectomy and BSO (lymph nodes not sampled) with final pathology showing grade 3, NSMP, ER-negative endometrioid carcinoma involving the serosa & adnexa with positive LVSI?
