How do you manage patients who need radiation for synchronous locally advanced head and neck cancer and locally advanced breast cancer?

Have never done it but dont see any reason why RT if needed can't be addressed to both sites at the same time

I would think treatment of the locally advanced head and neck should possibly be prioritized, although she can probably get her breast surgery as soon as possible. She should possibly preferably have a mastectomy and if she doesn’t have risk factors that mandate RT then she would be done with her br...
