How often do you require patients seen via telehealth to have in-person visits in outpatient psychiatry?

Great topic, and I'd love to hear others' experiences.

For stable, low-acuity patients, I've largely moved to telehealth-primary with in-person visits annually or as clinically indicated. I still prefer at least one in-person intake before transitioning - the observational data matters.
