Litfulo only comes in 50 mg capsules. If you choose to use it in a younger patient, it may depend on the patient. There is more pediatric data for baricitinib, which is approved in Europe for atopic dermatitis down to age 6, and tofacitinib, which is approved in the US for younger children.
